
An apostille is a specialized certificate for international certificate document authentication. An apostille can only come by your states secretary of state unless it is a federal document. Federal documents have to be apostilled in Washington, DC. We can assist with these as well. You cannot email, fax or text your documents anywhere to receive a Texas apostille certificate or Texas authentication certificate. Your original documents must dropped off via walk-in services or mailed in via mail-in services to be accepted by the Texas Secretary of State.
You will have to get all non recordable documents notarized first before they can be apostilled. We can help with that. All recordable documents are already registered with the state ( birth certificates, marriage certificates, divorce certificates, death certificates, Texas DPS driving records, and so on.
